Remote Network Monitoring
Allows SFconsult to anticipate and quickly resolve network issues before they become major issues. SFconsult can monitor the most common parameters such as HTTP, FTP, DNS, POP3, IMAP. We will suggest key network elements to be monitored, such as Internet connectivity and Firewalls, File servers, Backup and Antivirus software. Once identified, our consultant will set up and configure thresholds for each device being monitored. If the monitored device or element reaches the threshold, a notification is triggered by the system. A warning message will be sent to our consultants: E-mail, Pager or Cell Phone.
